We collect account information such as your name, email address, encrypted password credentials, subscription status, and the mock API content you create.

We also record limited technical and usage information, including request counts, security events, IP-derived pseudonymous rate-limit identifiers, and payment references. We do not store full card or bank details; payment processing is handled by Midtrans.

We use this information to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, enforce usage limits, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Information is shared only when required to operate the service, including infrastructure providers, database hosting, AI generation providers when that feature is used, and Midtrans for payment processing. We may disclose information when legally required.

If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your verified email address, display name, and a unique account identifier for authentication. VeloMock does not request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts, or other Google services.

We retain account data while your account is active and as needed for legitimate operational, fraud-prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted transport, secure password hashing, signed payment notifications, and rate limiting, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Some transaction records may be retained when required by law or accounting obligations.

Service providers may process data in other jurisdictions under appropriate safeguards. We may update this policy and will publish the revised date on this page.
