Refund & Cancellation Policy

The exact price and access period are displayed before checkout. Payment is processed by Midtrans. Access begins after VeloMock receives a verified successful payment notification.

Because the current plan does not renew automatically, no cancellation is required. You can simply choose not to purchase another period. Your Pro access remains available until its stated expiration date.

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of payment if the Pro service was not delivered, a duplicate payment occurred, or a verified technical issue made the paid features materially unusable. Refunds are not normally provided for change of mind or usage already consumed.

Contact support with your account email, Midtrans order ID, payment date, and reason. Approved refunds are returned through the available payment channel and may take additional processing time depending on the bank or payment provider.

When Pro expires, your account returns to Free limits. Existing endpoint data is retained. Endpoints above the Free active limit may be paused rather than deleted.
